Fraud (misrepresentation, SEC violations in the form of bogus and nonexistent disclosures, lying to debtors, possible discriminatory conduct-reverse redlining targeting minorities for subprime loans with ridiculous rates that reset without their knowledge when they could qualify for conventional loans)
Corruption
