SBV liars AND forgers? Man found his name on anti-Kerry letter
and he is not pleased.

I orignally posted this in the Montana forum but it was suggested to me to post here to give more ammunition for the battle against the Swift Boat Liars. Oringinal thread and a couple relpies here:
Does anybody read the Montana Forum

Columbus Man Ticked about name on letter

<snip> It bothers him that Sen. John Kerry's swift boat history has become such a political hot potato. But he's even more irritated that his name was included - without his permission - on a letter used to discredit Kerry.

<snip> "I'm pretty nonpolitical," the 56-year-old Anderson said Tuesday. So, when he found out last week that his name was one of about 300 signed on a letter questioning Kerry's service, he was "flabbergasted."

<snip> The letter, which was posted on the Swift Boat Veter-ans for Truth Web site, claims the Demo-cratic presidential candidate has "grossly and knowingly distorted the conduct of the American soldiers, marines, sailors and airmen of that (Vietnam) war."

<snip> "After reading the letter," Anderson said, "it kind of got under my skin. I had never come across a situation where someone used my name without my support or approval. It's not a very comforting feeling."

Anderson said he wouldn't have allowed them to use his name if they had asked.

So the guy goes to war, fights for America, finds out the war was not a really great thing. Now he sees a fellow vet from that war get attacked because he voiced his opinion about the war back in the 70s. He figures an American has the right to voice opinions. Then he sees his name on a letter posted on the web criticizing Kerry for voicing his opinion.

Attention SBV: You are making enemies in the far reaches of the nation when you piss of a vetern in Montana by using his name without his permission. Lots of fence sitters in the Big Sky state will be swayed by this bone headed stunt. And they won't be sway in the direction of voting for bush*
