34. LOL!!! Your suggestion made this Georgian's day
I'm ashamed to even think we elected him governor.

He IS a whining baby in an old man's body. His angry face is like a caricature of old & bitter - not a pretty sight! (And no offense meant toward the many decent older people everywhere.)

13. Terry said he's NOT a Dem, and only trying to sell his book!
I heard Dobbs (I think) interview Terry McCaulif tonight. Terry said Zell is NOT a Dem, and he's only trying to sell his book. I have been trying to figure out why Zell would do this about face, and couldn't find what's in it for him. Terry made sense. He will go down in history, though he may not be happy with what's written. I question if he'll sell any books either.

What could be MORE appealing than a bitter angry old white guy?

How about a bitter angry old white guy stabbing people in the back who have helped him over the years?

How about a bitter angry old white guy stabbing people in the back who have helped him over the years in front of an ugly mob of other bitter angry white people?

Man oh man....you almost expect this speech to end with "Let's get a rope and string him up!"

it was all nasty red meat. i gotta hunch the media verdict will not be so kind to this charlatan. a keynote speech should be about your candidate and your party - not why you hate the other party. miller is just not credible. two years ago he was praising kerry.

Anybody who was watching, please tell me if there was lots of clapping and enthusiasm for him? Somehow I suspect the only reason they want him there is to make the Dems look bad, and get a little revenge for the Dems having Ron Reagan Jr. at ours.

45. He's fuckin LOST HIS MIND
That speech was just blatant and personal attacks against Kerry. All those supposed weapon systems Kerry voted against were part of one huge military budget resolution that even Cheney and Rumsfeld opposed! Its just a cheap trick to sling mud on Kerry to make him look like a feeble, impotent old man like Zell himself.

The Republicans have no issues to run on so they resort to these disgustingly cheap personal attacks. What has our country come to? Hopefully the American people can see through the lies and the smears and elect John Kerry and John Edwards who TRULY have a positive vision of America's great future.
