1. If Obama can get high turnouts in KC and St. Louis, he'll take Missouri.

2. Maybe Sen. McCaskill had
had a point when she said MO could surprise us on election night. Hey if anyone would know it's her. She beat that ass hat No-Talent.

I never thought this state would be in play after the loss in '04. I think turnout in the urban areas will be INSANELY high this time...

3. Also remember, most polls had Obama losing the Missouri primary.
You can't underestimate turnout in a state like Missouri.

8. Obama winning in Missouri won't surprise me.........
I think/hope he's gonna win big here in Missouri.

I also think the race in Kansas will be a lot closer than it looks. I drive through Leawood and Prairie Village, KS on my way to work every day and I see literally tens of Obama yard-signs. I've only seen ONE McCaint sign.

To me this says that Obama will kick a$$ in Kansas or McCaint voters are too embarrassed to admit for whom they are voting.

9. I noticed that about the lack of primary signs
Make sure they count all the votes in St. Louis and KC. But the city that will win it for Obama is Columbia, where thousands of first-time student voters and residents who have moved to the fast-growing town in the past four years will put Obama over the top. Go Missouri!

12. Missouri
I have been telling people they should not write off us here In Missouri.Consider Survey USA which
had Hillary winning the Primary by 12 but lost the primary by 1 now says Mccain Is only ahead by 2.
At the same time Research 2000 only has Mccain up by 1 now.We are totally In play.Obama was hurt In My oporion because some believed the lies(Including the Muslim BS) but more and more the economy
Is helping people see past that.We are having a big knocking on doors drive Saturday.A lot of time
and resources are being spent here. And It can pay off.

13. MO will be close...
I'd like to think Obama will win MO because the KC/STL metro areas. We recently elected a democratic Senator (Claire McCaskill); so there is hope. Of course, in the 2006 election we had a Stem Cell Initiative on the ballot, which brought out many of the pro-science, rational thinking voters here. Unfortunately, MO has many redneck proud-to-be-stupid type voters, as well as pure racists.

Thanks,
Matt

McCain Joke from http://johnmccainjokes.googlepages.com/

John McCain was driving his "Straight Talk Express" bus home to Arizona when he got a frantic call on his cell phone from his wife Cindy. "Be careful, John," she warned him. "I just heard on the news that there's someone driving the wrong way on the highway." John replied, "There's not just one. There's hundreds of them!"
