I was sick of hearing the media discuss Kerry's convention "his whole convention focused on Vietnam" crap...

I bet you they don't discuss this convention quite as much as they wanted to discuss the dem convention...this has been an absolute disgrace...IMHO

1. John Edwards was on ABC's GMA interviewed by Charlie Gibson

He stated that if you ran to the kitchen to grab a Diet Coke during Cheney's speech, you would have missed everything Cheney had to say about their plans for health care, and the economy.

Charlie actually brought up the extremely negative nature of the RNC, and Edwards then said that's because they have a deplorable record and talked about how many have lost health insurance and jobs, how many people have fallen into poverty under the Bush administration.

He hit on the criticism by the Repubs of the 2 Americas theme, and Edwards said they obviously haven't been talking to the people of this country like he and Kerry have been doing. He hit on their plans to help the people and highlighted the difference between the tone of their conventions. Hope for the future verses negativity and fear.

I thought he did well.
