They just stay on message, never let their game face slip, and keep plugging away. And that means continuing to insist that everythin is great even when they're not. This says to me a couple of things:

1. They are irresponsible cowards
2. They have no money for plans because he blew the budget.
3. They are afraid to offer any specifics because they know the American people would disagree with them .
