Protesters still jailed. What are they? Enemy combatants?
Let's be clear about this. Most of these people hauled off to jail were brought there for minor offenses. So why are they still jailed?

6. Think it has to be an actual conviction not merely an arrest. In
theory one is innocent til proven guilty.
