And if he doesn't opt out of the federal funds, I'll pass out from sheer shock! I honestly think Kerry's team was nuts to opt in and give team * 5 extra weeks of primary money and the opportunity to raise unlimited funds after the convention simply by opting out. It's holding his candidacy hostage to the honor of George Bush and Karl Rove.
