Rove usually like to throw a twist in there by putting something in these speeches that is not in the text given to the media. I have a general feeling for some reason that Bush will choke tonight - but it may be covered up by some announcement. For instance someone speculated that Giuliani would be announced as 2nd term Homeland Security Chief? Any thoughts?
