Somebody with legal expertise: Help analyze the CCRMF Handbook
The first active U.S. Army unit to be domestically deployed (today) has released their 204-page handbook in .pdf form.

We need to examine this legally. OR more specifically, we need to examine it for possible legal loopholes through which the military industrial complex can continue to grow. The potential for abuse set by this precedent is astounding. We must carefully watch this brigade. The language of the 2007 defense act, which made this completely undemocratic action legally justifiable, was sketchy and open to a plethora of interpretations. I'm sure the handbook is just as sketchy. The second page is an incredibly graphic overhead view of the WTC ashes. The fourth page is a photograph of the hole in the side of the pentagon. The third is a photo of the constitution. This is Orwellian propaganda, make no mistake about it--Bush is wagging his balls in our face one last time. I'm by no means a legal expert, but I'm already getting some red flags. Remember, the Bush empire has already redefined the word torture, stretching it from sea to sea. We need to make sure CCMRF doesn't have too much power.
