I've seen a clip, possibly from the Katie Couric interview, where she goes blathering on about reforming health care, blah, blah, blah, and she -- Palin, that is -- was her usual incoherent self.

does the asking. i keep hearing posts about biden should say this to palin, ask this of palin. i thought it was more like past, moderator asks, person answers, go to next person
