Has anyone seen the ratings numbers for the GOP
convention. I've heard they are terrible (OK< I'm watching the Red Sox play). Does anyone know the numbers. How they compare with the Dems. How they compare with past years. I heard Fox rated over every network. Which maybe isn't that great news for the non true believers.

1. No, but the
mediawhores sure yelled about the low ratings for the Dem convention.:puke: If the pukes" ratings were high, they'd be screaming it every two seconds.

2. I would suspect more Dems watched their convention...
...on either C-Span or PBS instead of the main network news. I read several articles about the ratings for the DNC Convention and they would always mention the poor ratings it got on both the Networks and Cable News station. But only once I saw an article where it included the ratings for C-Span, which was much higher than the other channels I first mentioned. I don't think I saw anything about PBS.

Thing is, none of us Dems wanted to watch a convention where the NEtwork/Cable shrills were cutting up the coverage and interupting the speeches with comments of what they thought. So we, like myself, would switch to C-Span where you saw all of the convention, no commericials and no shrills.

However, I'm sure a repuke would have no problems turning on Fox News or one of the other channels and live through what I perceive is torture

5. ABC's coverage of the DNC was fair, in my opinion.

I only watched Kerry's speech though.

3. Faux news' ratings are the only ones going up
CNN, MSNBC are down from the DNC. So it seems only Repubs are watching.
