I bought a house in January and it was largely because the interest rates were down.

What keeps rates down? Well the prime rate and lack of demand for money...IOW, low interest rates are not necessarily the sign of a strong economy, but can still be the impetus for movement in the housing market.

This is a fraudulant argument if he is using it to boost his shitty economy.
