15. Jar Jar, while annoying, was at least a good guy
Casting my thoughts back on all the Star Wars movies, I think the best we can do for her is equate her to the Sarlaac.

21. He was a well-meaning idiot who was duped into starting the Clone Wars.
I agree that Palin, while an idiot and someone who would get us into many the Clone War, is definitely not well-meaning.

28. To annoy my more - enthusiastic - Sci-Fi friends
I've put forth the hypothesis that Jar-Jar was at least Force-friendly considering the number of scrapes he got into and then got out of. He was unintentionally using the force to keep himself alive at major parts of the first film.

My friends hate me ever since I've insisted that the Ewoks were the best thing to happen to a Star Wars film. :)

25. Nah, Darth Maul.
A flashy surprise character that everyone gets excited about before realizing that he amounts to nothing, finally getting cut in half by Obi-Wan (Biden).

23. I'm guessing this will make Bill Clinton = Lando Calrissian.
A smooth-talking ladies man who sold out Luke SkyBaracker for his own interests, but eventually found his heart and became a valuable ally.
