I didn't notice them during the speech. And then when Kerry went out to shake hands I thought "Oh please, please protect our next president from the fundalunatics, SS!"

5. I love the Secret Service.
I know this probably doesn't do a thing for my liberal credentials, but I love their stern, focused watchdog presence. And the curly wire that comes out of their ears.

6. I'm with you on this. These guys are real heroes
Risk their lives and do a hell of a job - the fact that their protectees remain safe is not an accident or a fluke - they do a damned good job at preventing danger.
