Sam Seder is kicking ass on MSNBC - Scarborough
Edited on Thu Sep-02-04 11:47 PM by eleny
He and Garofolo are on and doing a great job. He said the Taliban is still active in Afghanistan. And he's been firm on no WMDs in Iraq. Definitely kicked ass over Bush* lying to us to get us into war. We would find some stuff there because we sold it to them 10 years earlier. Go Sam Go!

Garofolo said that she felt Bush* disrespected her in his speech. They keyed in and hammered on Bush lying. And they backed it up.

10. Cuz the word got out her spouse (Paxon) was gay
and was probably the reason that Brit Hume's gay son committed suicide.

11. Is that really true?
I heard Paxon wanted to make money...lobbyist...

Also, he was the leader of the failed Newt Gingrich purge, & his power was finished.

Paxon Denies Gay Rumors Surrounding Resignation
Monday, April 13th 1998

WASHINGTON -- The Washington Post over the weekend ran an extensive account of the gay rumors surrounding the decision made by Rep. Bill Paxon (R-N.Y.) not to return to Congress when his term expired.

The Post says preparations for the surprise Feb. 25 announcement were carefully planned and the message well-rehearsed and simple: He was ending a remarkable 21-year political career which put him in striking distance of Republican Party leadership because he wanted to spend more time with his wife, former representative Susan Molinari, and their 21 month-old daughter, Susan Ruby Paxon.

After an exhausting day of press conferences, media interviews, rallies and briefings in which the Congressman explained how the demands of the job were in opposition to the demands of his family, three trusted staffers approached Paxon with how the news was playing in Washington. In a phrase, it wasn't.

Paxon's chief of staff, David Marventano, along with his press secretary John Czwartacki and longtime aide Maria Cino told the Congressman rumors were tearing their way through Washington and New York. They told Paxon that "word on the street" was he was leaving after being threatened with exposure over a gay affair with a young journalist, Sandy Hume, who had committed suicide days before.

16. Thanks for your reply.
Interesting stuff.

Of course, with Gingrich involved, who knows what is truth?

But I always wondered why the Hume suicide was hush hush.
