That stupid bitch just had to have her $25,000 a plate fundraiser in my town and had to pick the middle of rush hour to have her stupid field dressing hockey mom ass driven to the fundraiser.

I missed the beginning of the Rays-White Sox game thanks to that dumb broad.

2. There were Republicans who had the exact reaction when Obama was here in La Crosse
last week. His rally shut streets down and everything. They had nothing nice to say about him either. I suppose it's all a matter of perspective.

5. It's a matter of planning ...
and cooperation with local law enforcement. Bush's first visit to the valley was well planned and didn't disrupt traffic at all.

The disruption at your end may have had more to do with your local resources than Obama. Or not.

7. The disruption from Obama's rally was because he was appearing in front of the civic center
in downtown which pissed off non-Obama supporters. The trouble is that here there never really are any kind of bad traffic backups, so people are not patient when something slows them up.

I was once held up by a Bush motorcade coming from the airport on his way to downtown La Crosse. It was in the morning and I had just gotten off work after working all night and I was just 2 blocks from my house and I desperately wanted to get home and sleep, but I was stuck.

3. I hear ya.
Mr. Bush decided to do a fundraising appearance in my little podunk town during high tourist season and going home traffic for not only the tourists, but the vineyard workers as well.

Raised a whopping $250,000 for McCain. (Before he chose Sarahcudda.)

13. I believe it was Boca Ex.
But I'm not sure.

I saw the hockey mom drive by in a cavalcade of SUVs.

Still not as chilling as when I saw Bush drive by in the presidential limo when I was protesting. You could feel the bad vibes as the car drove by.

14. Bushbaby's motorcade drove through here in '04. He was greeted by a mass
of protesters at several intersections. A friend of mine was there and had no sign so he gave him a one-finger salute. He swears dumbya had a quizzical expression as he drove through. Those were the days when protesters were kept far away from him in "free speech zones."

6. Bush has done that here several times
One visit, they towed cars off of a residential street where people parked (legally) all the time. They came by and put up No Parking signs and then towed the cars a couple hours later!

Next morning Bush's caravan went down that street and held up rush hour on the freeway so he could go clear across town to breakfast where he ate a biscuit. One biscuit.

I hear the anger.

10. I ended up almost towed at Tahoe some years ago
due to a Bill Clinton appearance. He was supposed to go to South Tahoe. So we went to North Tahoe. We parked, went to a casino and lost 20 bucks apiece. Fortunately we came back out at that time and were able to prevent my car being towed because Clinton (or his security) had changed his (or their) mind and he was going to appear at the very casino we had chosen.

I asked which direction he was coming in and when told, whipped an illegal u-turn and got the hell out of there.

11. In 2004 I hated Bush and I started to get pissed at Kerry
I drive for a living and they both visited Minneapolis so often that it nearly felt like our roads were permanently shut down.

15. Yeah, I think the Dickster did that as well back in 2004.
All that security for such a crummy person. What a shame.
