Bear in mind that the Secret Service is not obligated to post regular status reports on their bustings of freepers making death threats here on DU - this will probably be handled quietly - the guy will probably at the minimum, get a visit and a talking-to by Secret Service agents, and they'll likely face some criminal charges.
