Dick Morris:Obama's Relationship With Ayers “The Equivalent Of A Relationship With Osama Bin Laden."

Sean Hannity couldn't throw enough Bill Ayers mud at Barack Obama last night (10/6/08) on Hannity & Colmes. But Dick Morris took the cake by accusing Obama of having the equivalent of a close relationship with Osama bin Laden. Can accusing Obama, himself, of being the equivalent of Osama bin Laden be far off? With video.

Hannity is hardly one to be playing the guilt by association game with anyone else. He has never answered questions about his own past association with a Neo-Nazi/white supremacist and as recently as the night before, Hannity presented a brazen anti-Semite as a credible guest. Nevertheless, Hannity and Palin are now on the same page trying to make political hay out of a slim connection between Obama and “unrepentant terrorist” Bill Ayers. Ayers, by the way, is not in Guantanamo Bay but works as a professor at the University of Chicago and has moved past his radical days of the 60's when Obama was a young child.

Palin has her own anti-American associations, too. Her husband belonged for about seven years to the secessionist Alaskan Independence Party. Its founder has talked about his hatred for the American government and cursed its “damn flag.” Palin can be seen in a video cordially addressing the AIP. “Fair and balanced” FOX News has focused no Hannity & Colmes debate on that subject the way they have endlessly with Ayers, Rev. Wright and anyone else that can possibly be used as a damaging link to Obama. Alan Colmes did bring up Palin's AIP connection but it was on his own.

Morris claimed that recently released documents from the University of Illinois show “a very close relationship” between Obama and Ayers. But a FOXNews.com article describes the revelations in the documents in a different light.

The massive collection of newly released documents -- 140 boxes full of them -- includes agendas that clearly put Obama and Ayers in the same room for meetings of Chicago Annenberg Challenge, an educational initiative that Ayers was instrumental in starting and that Obama chaired in the 1990s.

Annenberg was very closely involved with CAC. Annenberg worked with Ayers, who wrote the CAC grant proposal.

According to hannity & co, that makes Annenberg a "terrorist pal".

And that would also make Ronald Reagan a "terrorist pal", too.
