visualize triple rings protecting him always; physically, mentally and spiritually from all with bad intentions. I like to imagine he is surrounded by the triple ring of spirituality, and that these rings are reflective. Whatever the bad intentions are, they bounce off of him and dissipate or go back to the sender, where they belong.

These are tough times, but great times. A change is coming and resistance will grow along with the realization that change is inevitable. The people, the world, want and need this change. Those reptilian beings who wish for harm to befall another human, who incite hatred, also have their own challenges and possibility for growth or extinction. But whichever road they choose, they are responsible for their own actions. And they will not stop this movement. They can't stop it. There is power in justice, power in kindness and inclusion, power in hope and honesty. That power is greater than the power of a lie and the limited power of hatred.
