What surprise will McCain utilize tonight?
What hail Mary pass will McCain throw tonight. My guess is that he will introduce the person he wants as Treasury Secretary as a way to calm the financial markets. But with McCain's luck the person will be Carly Fiorina and the market will sink tomorrow.

3. I think when Obama brings up the "turn the page on economy" comment,
McCain will try to play the victim. "I suspended my campaign to focus on the economy, but Obama did not follow. Blah Blah Blah POW." :puke:

6. He'll say something like
My opponent is formidable and would make an adequate president, but in these troubled times, we need a president with... MAGIC POWERS!

Then he'll do the old trick where it looks like you're removing your index finger, but it's really your other hand's thumb that your moving back and forth.

Sean Hannity will orgasm over it on his show the next day.

7. The Audience and the Moderator
Edited on Tue Oct-07-08 12:17 PM by AndyTiedye
The first surprise is likely to be the fleet of church buses out front, from which will come the audience for this "town hall".
This will almost certainly be a hostile audience for Obama.

The moderator, Tom Brocaw, is likely to have quite a few surprises for us as well, since he has been working closely with the McCain campaign
and was selected for his pro-McCain stance.

There will be NO surprises for McCain, they will have screened the questioners they will call on ahead of time and tell them what to ask.
All of the questions for McCain will be softballs. They'll save the spitballs for Obama.
