The Thank You RNC Protesters Thread
Some of us got to go to NYC and do our part, some of us didn't. I think all of us were there in spirit though. I think we all should take a moment and give a big thank you to everyone who put themselves on the line this week to try and bring America the truth behind the Republican lies.

Here's to you! :pals:

6. Thank you, thank you, thank you
from the bottom of my heart, it was kept peaceful, which annoyed the pukes, but showed them... Bush is not wanted

My favorite one, Bush did NOT get to the fire station yesterday... that must have hurt

15. Congrats on keeping the sacred flame of Democracy alive!
most of the 'leaders' won't do it, so the people have sent a reminder to America (& the world). This is what Democracy looks like!

18. Thanks for the calm
Thanks for getting out there and knocking this "popular pResident" shit right out of the water. And thank you for keeping things calm. There's always going to be a rowdy few, but for the most part, sounds like you guys handled it all very well. And here's to all the folks who got swept up in unfair arrests. Is there a fund?

29. I admit I was worried
that the protests would be spun to make us look bad, or that professional agitators would make things look worse than they were. After it is all said and done, I think the intended message was definitely delivered. Thank you to all who protested peacefully - you done us PROUD!
