"Undecided voters" for tonight's town hall debate will be picked by Gallup...
as reported by Chuck Todd (and mentioned many times in the past). Anyone think it's in Gallup's interest to pick these voters who will ask Obama tougher questions? Seeing that Gallup has Obama at 51% today with McCain at 42% and the last sentence in today's analysis being: "McCain has an opportunity to try to reverse Obama's momentum at tonight's town hall style debate in Nashville."

1. consider this: asking Obama tougher questions shows just how smart he really
is.

2. Actually I think that is an OK option. People can lie, and I haven't always
agreed with Gallop's sampling, but I think it is probably the best we can do under the circumstances

3. Quite frankly
If at this point in the campaign after all that has happened, someone is still truly undecided about how they will vote, I do not know if I want to know the questions they have for Obama and McCain. I can only imagine completely frivolous issues being important to someone who has not made up their mind yet.

7. I agree. I don't understand how ANYONE can still be undecided. But those who
really ARE, probably still think McCain is the "maverick" from 2000 and Obama is a secret Muslim. If they're really undecided, Obama should come out the clear winner.

11. Brokaw gets to pick the questions.
So even if they wanted to ask McCain tough questions. They wouldn't get through Brokaw.
