it also equates them in terms of the responsibility both had in that time. how can one just blow off bush as being young and irresponsible, yet they expect Kerry to apologize for what he did then(even though what he said was true).

i also like bob kerrey making points that if anyone needs to apologize it's the policymakers. that they WERE WRONG and WE KNOW they lied and mislead.
