Please don't get over confident!!! Please!!! Please!!!
Please keep sending money if you can afford it!

Please keep making phone calls!

Please take off work on 11/3 and 11/4 if you can.

I really want us to act like we are losing!!

And the more the polls head our direction the more depressed and unmotivated the McLame supporters will get!

Please think once a day, before you go to sleep, how you will feel on 11/5 if you wake up and McLame won!!!

Only 4 more weeks!

1. Absolutely...Overconfidence precedes complacency. We cannot afford either.

3. Some people are motivated by overconfidence.
Some people get complacent.

Choose whatever frame of mind works for you to keep your eyes on the prize. We all want this.

4. I lived thru the immense horror here when people were popping champagne in Nov. 04
only to find out we got punkd in Ohio. Just as many Dems celebrated in 2000, when florida was called for Gore, only to have it ripped from our hands.

I will NEVER get complacent. It gives me the creeps when anyone here talks about Obama so far ahead, winning, etc.

If you've ever run a competitive race, you KNOW that you cannot EVER let up until you're safely across the finish line. We need to run like we're behind. NO margin is SAFE against these thugs.

Work like we're 10 points behind!

8. Any Democrat over 40 would not be so stupid as to get overconfident
When I was a kid I used to get annoyed at my father's gloomy tone regarding Democrats and elections. Well, now 16-20 years later, I understand very well why he was that way (and often still is). He lived through Humphrey, McGovern, Carter (who almost blew it in 1976, btw), Mondale and Dukakis.

I understand where he was coming from very well now.

15. LOL...the young understand just as well
Remember, we went through two stolen elections just like the rest of you. That's worth 100 Dukakises.

There will be no complacency...I cede not a single thousandth of a percentage to these fascist bastards.

12. Agreed, the polls can still change, and one guy says we need a 10%+ lead to beat the Bradley effect
Just a few days ago there were some stories about how one guy predicted Obama needs a 10% plus lead in the polls before election day to beat the Bradley effect if it pops up on election day.

13. I am 100% Certain we are GOING TO WIN
and I'm still doing everything you say.

In fact, I'm leaving my home in Illinois (after early voting next week) to go watch polls in Ohio.

So what's the big deal? I'm still 100% confident we are going to win.

14. Please check your voter registration.
Republican Secretaries of State have been purging voters from their rolls by the hundreds of thousands.

17. Also, after the election take a short break then back at it 1000%. Call, email, volunteer. Get
involved in local politics. We have just begun to overthrow the crooks. We must bury them. Never again get complacent. Never again let republicans win an election, local, state, national.

18. Still Bustin Butt!!! I Have Some Tequila, Triple Sec & 2 OZ. Of Grand Marnier
Liquer that I've had since 2000! I thought I was going to make my husband & I a "Golden" Margarita after the election, but it NEVER happened!

It's now 8 years old and the seals are still attached! This year maybe the CORKS will get popped, but it's full steam ahead!

And I wasn't EVEN going to vote this year! Didn't support either Clinton or Obama and was "outta the game" but then came Joe, but the last thread was SARAH! This country just CAN NOT let this happen!! One more stolen election and this country had better RISE UP AND REVOLT!!

To THE STREETS!!
