I could see it in her eyes and hear it in her speech. I'm not sure if it was demerol, valium, or what, but she was clearly (to me) comfortably numb while complimenting *'s performance tonight.
And every time she seemed to be "out of it". But it may be just a bad case of stage fright as she admitted (to Dave or Jay) that she was terrified. Not everyone is comfortable in front of people or cameras (cameras bother me, large audiences do not, but then I was a college instructor for many years)
