Zell goes off on reporter who jostled admirer on RNC Floor
<snip>

Yesterday, the firebrand Miller - who is brazenly defying his political party to support George W. Bush - fell silent when I asked him if he's still mad at Matthews.

"I'm thinking about how to answer that," the senator said as he rushed around the floor of Madison Square Garden giving television interviews, at one point angrily ripping into a television reporter who accidently jostled a Miller admirer.

In due course, Miller told me: "I think it was an uncalled-for discourse. I found it pretty obnoxious, as when he attacked Michelle Malkin so unfairly. That's all I have to say about that."

2. Zell -- "Go Cheney Yourself!" I don't mock the elderly but you have
lost all of your marbles, the light is on but nobody is home, and so on.

3. Poor little Michelle
That rabid chipmunk is vicious enough to take care of herself. Mattews, for once, did the right thing by disembowelling her stupid ass on national tv. There are a hundred more out there that need much the same treatment.

As for Z3, all I can say is that I could sleep comfortably with the knowledge that he had been run over by a cement truck.

5. You know pretty much every reporter in America
as well as a whole bunch of wiseasses are sitting around thinking about ways to goad the poor old loony into doing something EVEN crazier than before....

I said it before and I'll say it again...Kerry should ignore the content of the speech and anyone else now who raises any of the "issues" in it. Attacking Zell's "credibility" is like kicking a crippled blind dog because it can't get out of the way fast enough.

6. Agreed.
But Zell as "everyrepublican" has a certain value. His brand name has a cachet that we don't want out of the public mind; one of our surrogates should try to market Zell as the new face of Republicanism.

7. Zell is sad, but his connection ...
to RNC is something to use. Dick Cheney followed his speech and said "I'm glad he is on our side" The RNC/GOP needs to be accountable.
