Two Questions Regarding Obama's Speech Today

1) what time did it start. I only ask because the DOW has jumped about 300 points in the past hour.

2) Why isn't there more buzz about it? I even have conservative friends saying they were moved by it. It's exactly what we need. A leader, motivating us to do more, and promising more in return. His best speech of his life IMO.

The potential next President speaks powerfully and confidently about the economy, and the markets respond.

They didn't respond to rate cuts.

They didn't respond to bailout bills.

They didn't respond to billions in worldwide investments.

but 300 points in an hour, in a crumbling worldwide economy, just as Obama is speaking?!!

As I said, I don't have much, but I will be donating today.
