The 87 billion dollar questions..

Bush and Cheney seem to infer on this quite a bit so I would like to ask any of you of you know the following questions..

1. Why did President Bush allow our troops to go into Iraq without proper equipment.. He had one war already occuring, and to start another with knowledge that the troops didn't have this equipment seems irresponsible..

2. How much of the 87 billion went to no bid contracts for Halliburton,and was this just a pork filled giveaway to GW BUsh's favorite contributors??

3. Was it appropriate for President Bush to ask for this money after promising he would not need it, and then didn't he pressure congress into voting for it owith his "you dont support the troops" attitude??

4. What percentage of the 87 billion as well as the 25 billion he asked for later, actually went to the equipment of the troops?

5. This is the most important question... How many soldiers had died because of a lack of proper equipment, in both Afghanistan and Iraq, before president Bush decided to go to congress and ask for the 87 billion he claims was to be used for armor??

I don't know about you but I am mad as hell when I hear these republicans talk about not supporting the troops when President Bush had no problem sending them to Afghanistan and Iraq obviously not properly equipped.. If anyone is not "fit for comand" it is Awol and 5 deferment. These two are hopeless..
