4. Yes.
Or, as others said, tie it properly.

Tie show-through on the bottom of one's jacket is a faux pas!

he could not button it. The sleeves were to short as your shirt cuffs should show just a bit. I asked in an earlier post who the hell is his tailor. He looked like a funeral director.

7. He needs to find a good tailor altogether
A good one would be able to fix those sleeves so the whole damn jacket doesn't raise up when he raises his jacked up arms. I'm sure he can afford a really good tailor.

8. Not to mention, didn't McCain's people get a gander at the chairs before hand?
I kept waiting for him to knock his over as he leaned on it!

This picture is uncharacteristic. Most of the time, he had both legs braced in front of him in a very awkward manner.

9. The tie is fine. It's the ill-fitting jacket.
There is no reason for his jacket to be pulling open like that when he is standing. The suit looks too small. While we're on clothes, his shirt sleeves should be long enough to show a little cuff. He needs a shopper and a tailor.
