New DNC ad with General Endorsing Kerry

Appeard on my CNN just moments ago.

This really threw me a curveball, with pictures of this General next to Powell and him saying that He endorsed Bush in 2000. Then a little pause before he says: "But this year I'm voting for John Kerry". It was a real eybrow raising moment as when the Ad stared it really had the look and feel of a Shrub or RNC ad. Hopefully it will have some affect.

4. "Where are the 12 men who went in their place?"
General McPeak made another excellent point.

"Tonight we're going to hear from a guy who obtained five deferments ," McPeak said, referring to Cheney. Attorney General John Ashcroft obtained seven deferments, McPeak added. "That's about a dozen between the two of them," McPeak said. "Where are the 12 guys who went to Vietnam in their place? Maybe some of them didn't come back."

Business Week

I like that guy.
