Between Bill Clinton's heart ailment and Hurricane Francis, Bush is barely on the news the day after his nomination speech.

Of course, Bush had nothing to do with the former, but it appears that he may have helped cook up Francis!

Remember the Kyoto treaty? The one Bush would not sign? That was back when the Bush "Lysenko Squad" was still maintaining that Global Warming was a Liberal Lie. Well, now it appears that meteorolgists believe that Global Warming is what is fuelling the increaingly more frequent and intense tropical weather patterns in recent years.

So, the possibility exists that, had Bush signed the Kyoto accords four years ago, there would be no Hurricane Francis now to damage him politically.

I call it justice.
