When is the next Terror Alert?

As we can see from the various media sources, the RNC is less than a blip on the radar when there are bigger more compelling stories going on as we speak (hurricanes, Russian raid, Clinton heart attack). Bush isn't getting the attention he had planned on, but a Terror Alert would give him reason to get back on top in the news.
