They meet at 9 (alaska time) and then decide whether they are going to make the report public or not, so it may not happen, if at all, before late in the day

4. the Alaska Legislature meets at 1PM EST- they will vote on whether or not it goes public

If it does, it goes online almost immediately, and we will all be reading it. 1PM EST = 9AM in AK.

12. No, it simply hasn't been released to the public yet.

They're meeting to discuss the results of the report and decide what further action, if any, should be taken against Palin. We'll see the report.
