FauxNews POLL: Obama 46, McCrypt 39.
Edited on Fri Oct-10-08 12:55 PM by jefferson_dem
Obama spanking McCrypt on the economy (+15), up big among women (+16) and Democrats.

Of course, FauxNews is pimping the idea that Ayers matters because 32% say they are "less likely" to vote for Obama because of some supposed connection. 61% say the supposed connection makes no difference.

2. I love FOX!
They kept pushing this poll to make it sound like Obama was going to be down and the Ayers attacks were working!

And Obama is +1 in that poll! :bounce:

14. No kidding
Plus, a 7 point lead from Fox is more likely a 10 point lead anywhere else.

10. Those more likely and less likely numbers are such garbage.
If I was running for president and I had 45% in the polls and then I sneazed and pooped myself in the process, 35% would say it made them less likely to vote for me and 35% would say it made them more likely.

11. I just took a look at their
previous poll (9/22-9/23) - mclame stayed at 39 and Senator Obama moved up 1. And of course, that 32% wouldn't have voted for Sen Obama anyway - who do they think they're kidding?

15. Those 32% who are less likely to vote for him

are "the base", the 32% that NEVER EVER under any circumstances would have voted for him.
I give them some credit in that a few of those will go to vote due to all these smears instead of staying at home.

That is not good.
