FBI will need to create a new counter-terrorism division due to McCain-Palin's racist rallying

This counter-terrorism unit will have to focus just on the hate-filled religious right in this country. I can totally see these people becoming increasingly despondent and desperate. They are in the beginning stages of groups like the Taliban and Al Quada. Think about how these groups were created. They were created by religious zealots who were pissed off at government and how the "values" they thought important were being dismissed.

These people are clearly dangerous and they are the base of the Republican party. If I worked for the FBI, I would be screaming and hollering at the top of my lungs that some elements of the religious right seem to bare a striking resemblance with other extremist groups that have developed around the world. I would be demanding a new unit to monitor the situation and infiltrate some of these organizations.

The new directors of these agencies, and yes, we need to clean it from top to bottom, will have to really hunker down and take an honest look at the American landscape.
