4. At least based on what Shuster and Alter floated
they may end up shifting gears again and try to talk about the economy. But doing the about-face this late in the game will be a futile endeavor as McLame has released the demons and they want to be fed. What will be interesting to see is what she does - although she is a 1-trick pony drunk on the spotlight and will continue to stoke the flames while he tries to take on a subject that neither he nor his campaign staff, have any clue about.
5. In light if this report, bad polls and the angry crowd backlash today I suspect the McGrump
campaign will stand down this weekend to strategize about how to restructure the rest of the campaign - I expect some heads to roll, particularly the person(s) who pushed the ideas of playing the Ayers' card and stonewalling the troopergate thing. Not Palin though - she will be backwatered - it is too late to unload her.
