There is no such thing as a McCain campaign.
There is the Obama campaign, and there is the anti-Obama campaign. Fact is, Obama is the only thing that both campaigns are talking about. Except for be the anti-Obama, McCain has nothing. It's obvious when McCain gets booed by an "anti-Obama crowd". That crowd was not a pro-McCain crowd, only and anti-Obama crowd. He has NO supporters left.
