Bigotry During Today's McCrypt Rally Invocation
McCain's invocation

Even as McCain tries to tamp down some of the anger, hostility to Obama runs deep.

The Iowa Independent quotes the invocation, delivered before McCain arrived at his Davenport event today:

“There are plenty of people around the world who are praying to their god, be they Hindu, Buddah, or Allah, that (McCain’s) opponent wins. I pray that you step forward and honor your own name.”

Also: "A national reporter in front of me is bored and surfing icanhascheezburger.com."

1. silly invocator
there is only one God, Who has many names and forms. I think this invocator will be surprised when he/she realizes that God isn't interested in politics and that what happens is what WE create.

3. God and Politics
He probably looks down on the Republicans right now and thinks "How did these worthless pricks manage to begin using my name to justify their actions?!"

4. God will not decide the election. He/She has more important things to do.
:dem:

He/She has given me this understanding. I just heard a voice in my head.
It's call a thought based on reasoning

5. True, true.
God's not much of a micro-manager.
