Bush praises Afghanistan for registering more voters than they have

According to this blog, Bush praised Afghanistan for registering 10 million voters and more and more everyday when, in fact, they only have 9 million people eligible to vote. I guess he just loves voter fraud.

1. I think of Afghanistan with much wistfulness

We had such an opportunity there to actually do some real good. To help that country out of the abyss and create a real friend in the Middle East.

Now it's just "oh good we shot another Taliban" and who gives a hoot if Doctors Without Borders pulls out because their people are being murdered. As long as Bush can chirp "there are 10 million voters registered!" as if warlords aren't going to be killing the ones who "vote" the wrong way.
