15. Those signs were made by the McCain campaign.

The McCain campaign makes all the signs before each McCain-Palin event, to ensure "consistency of message." Notice that the printing is very similar on each sign.

Some of the professionally made signs even have misspellings or letters written backwards to make them look like children wrote them. They're done in various "cutesy" writing styles. All done by the campaign itself.
