Supreme Court justices likely to be replaced
Here are the four justices most likely to retire in next four years:

William H. Rehnquist Chief Justice Age: 79 (will turn 80 this Oct)
Conservative

John Paul Stevens Age: 84
Liberal

Sandra Day O'Connor Age: 74 (old rumors of wanting to retire before)
Moderate to Conservative/Key swing vote

Ruth Bader Ginsburg Age: 71 (has had health problems in recent past)
Liberal

So depending on who wins in Nov. between Bush and Kerry, they could potentially get 2 more members of their political point of view onto the court replacing the opposite political leaning that was there before.
