This shit is getting BORING!
Unfortunately, I've developed a DU addiction. Fortunately, it's beginning to wane. I mean, I really do need to get to get to work. Oh, don't get excited and start flaming me. This is not a swan song. It's just deja vu. I was a Clark supporter, you know. I had a Yahoo! discussion group for Clark addiction for awhile. What saved me? This:

1. Clark should do this...
2. The people in the Clark campaign are f'n idiots.
3. Why won't Clark...
4. OMG, did you hear what he said today? How could he have been so stupid?
5. He's going to lose.

Maybe, it's a sign. Clark did lose. I suppose he should have listened to us. Oh well...

I hope next week, we have something else to talk about besides doom and gloom. Then again, if it stays like this, I could really get a lot more accomplished in my "real" life. Maybe, I'll register a few more voters, or something.

1. THANK YOU
I experience all you symptoms. Either you're contagious, or I'm a hypochondriac....
Although, I never loved Clark for more than a week or so. My support over the primaries evolved thusly:
1) Go Kerry!
2) Go Dean!
3) Go Clark!
4) Go Kucinich!
5) Go Dean, again!
6) Go, Kerry FOR REAL THIS TIME!

See, I liked Kerry before it was trendy...

4. I've noticed this
I feel like the ONLY person here who was an Edwards supporter. I didn't start to pay a lot of attention until the beginning of the primaries, but I just saw Edwards giving a stump speech on C-span one night and he was great. It sounded like he had real ideas. Yet everyone here is a Deaniac, Clarkie, some original Kerry's, or Kucinich. It's puzzling to me.

And all of this doom and gloom stuff is bullshit. Kerry is going to win in a landslide. People everywhere (I'm in TX) HATE BUSH!

5. I, too, was an Edwards fan.
I liked Kerry at first, even though I liked what Edwards said better. I thought he was "too young and pretty" to be a viable candidate. Then found out how old he was and switched from Kerry. Now behind Kerry 100+%. Saw him speak in Taylor, MI last month and felt like I was seeing my favorite rock star!

This year's candidates, all of them, were the best I've ever seen. I'm proud to support all of them!!

8. Where was Clark when Swift Boat Assholes attacked?
Did he defend Kerry? How about that asshole Powell? Not word from our "Secretary of State". Powell is a disgrace, failing to stand up to the Neocons and letting heroes be smeared. Colin Powell is a piece of shit.

10. You're right Powell is a disgrace.
He had so much potential. He was a hero after the Gulf War, deservedly, or not, I can't say, but now, he's been castrated by BushCo. I think it may have been the plan all along. But, then he didn't have the balls to tell the truth in the first place. I don't think he ever stopped playing the "good soldier." Too bad.
