Question: what did you think of McCain's "civil rights" reference during the part on education?

Obama looked surprised, and it seemed like it was something McCain had planned to insert ahead of time, and it went by fast and I didn't quite get what happened.

1. A real McBush moment. Recall how bush speaks well on war but bad on social ideas.

Bush can barely get the words out of his mouth on social ideas but when it comes to hard line ideas, he's crystal clear.

2. Yeah, WTF was that about? Then he gave the example of schools

in DC....I thought maybe he was going to start saying something about segregation and changed his mind. It was a very bizarre moment.
