2. Does Joe the Plumber hate the troops?

How do right wingers think that the troops get paid. The money doesn't come out of the air - all of the money to pay and supply the troops comes from tax dollars. If Joe doesn't want to pay his fair share of taxes, is he saying he doesn't want to support the troops?
