Help me, Ohio loves Palin, I can't take it anymore
I have a very visceral reaction to Palin. I can't stand her.

I had a Halloween party last night. When it came close to time for everyone to come I started freaking thinking oh, no all the adults that are coming are republicans. Except my dad who voted for Bush in 2004 and has since changed his ways, and says he will vote straight democrat the rest of his life... except he loves Palin (he doesn't know who he is going to vote for this election ugh).

My mom is voting Palin because she is a woman (I'm embarassed)

My cousin was saying how much she LOVES Palin.

My dad when he first came over had went to the Palin rally in Ohio earlier in the day. Tried to show me pictures on his camera.. Ugh. I told him that I had just got done being banned from Palin board (thank you for that fun guys). He laughed.

When asked why I didn't like her I said there is sooo much I wouldn't even know where to begin.

There was one funny moment when my cousin (little miss Fox news watching woman) didn't even know that Cindy McCain had stolen from children's charity for drugs (she thought I was talking about it as a rumor, I said no she got in trouble, it's the truth) that shut her up when she started talking about Michelle Obama and supposed hatred of America..lol.

Then when my cousin left, my Aunt who is republican but leans libertarian was fuming mad at my cousin.. Calling her fox news talking points lady, she was livid. I had never heard of a republican get mad at another republican for watching fox news and repeating talking points bwhahaha

Short story long, If you were surrounded by Palin-bots, and was asked why you didn't like her.. What would your answer be. Remember, they are Palin-bots and things like her Church etc might not matter, and they can't take in too much information or they will explode.

4. She's dumber than a rock and a joke around the world.. Our country
would be invaded under her watch, the stock market would go negative, and everyone left in America would be living below poverty.. and many on the borders of Canada and Mexico would be fleeing across the borders to live there.

6. You could start small with little things like lying, abuse of power and hate-mongering.
If they need more than that to understand why you don't like her, they are probably beyond help.

7. Your Mom is voting Palin because she's a woman . . .
a woman who believes rape victims should have to pay for the rape kits used to, hopefully, prosecute the offenders. Wow. I feel for you! Maybe not so much family time until after the election?

9. Yeah, and it's totally selfish. Says she wants to see a woman
in the White House before she dies.

I told her it has to be the right woman though because Palin if she does bad (if lol) she could set us back. Plus I brought up McCain and Palin's position on women making the same amount as a man, and said if Palin is going to receive the same pay as Cheney then she should support all women getting equal pay.

it falls on deaf ears

13. Call me a heartless bastard, but your mother's dream being dashed either way is alright with me
"Says she wants to see a woman in the White House before she dies"
People like your mother are responsible for putting these monsters in office (to the detriment of us all)

15. Don't generalize, please
I'm in Cincinnati; at Obama's Ault Park rally last week, I was one of more than 15,000. The big differences between Senator Obama's and sarah's crowds are 1)- Obama draws multi-ethnic, clued-in, really nice people. 2)- palin draws white-bread-only, hateful, ignorant, angry dittoheads.
I want DUer's out there to realize that in 2004, the CITY of Cincinnati went Kerry 2-1; that's 67%! The exuburbs are the dittohead regions, just like many other liberal-core, conservative-outer-belt metro areas. Bunch of SUV-drivin,' bottled-blonde, cigarette-suckin,' cell phone-yappin,' country club drinkin,' McMansion-inhabitin,' effing non-thinkers, who are now choking on their portfolios' losses due to the bushbots' many treasons. Reaping what they sowed, IMO. So, please DON'T smear my city with other parts of SW Ohio. Just like I wouldn't smear CA because of Orange County, yaknowhadahmean?

11. Why don't you like her?
http://wonkroom.thinkprogress.org/2008/09/03/wasilla-in-debt/
Like Bush, she cuts revenues and increases spending. Running government on a credit card has worked really well for us so far. The fundamentals of our economy .. oh never mind.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/palin-an-abuse-of-office-958713.html
She's under scrutiny in her home state for abusing the power of her office. She's well qualified to step into Cheney's shoes (not a member of the Executive Branch of our government, dontcha know).

If you like Bush, you'll love Palin.

12. Do they agree with all these things?
Sarah Palin is anti abortion and anti choice

Sarah Palin does not believe in birth control or condom use

Sarah Palin wants creationism taught in public schools

Sarah Palin does not believe global warming is man-made

Sarah Palin does not support saving endangered species

Sarah Palin has supported groups that want Alaska to secede from the US

Sarah Palin tried to censor books at the Wasilla Library

Sarah Palin's church believes in the imminent end of the world, the Rapture, Armageddon

Sarah Palin originally supported Alaska's Bridge to Nowhere

Sarah Palin supports drilling in ANWR

Sarah Palin's husband is involved in her decision making process as Governor of Alaska

Sarah Palin does not support Separation of Church and State

Sarah Palin was a local TV sports announcer, has served on the PTA, was on the Board and Mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, a town of less than 9,000 people, and has been Governor of Alaska for twenty months

And here are just a few lies:

LIE: The Bridge to Nowhere--Sarah Palin funded it and supported it before she was against it.

LIE: Visiting Troops in Iraq--Sarah Palin did not set foot in Iraq. She never left the borders of Kuwait.

LIE: Ireland--Sarah Palin said she went to Ireland and the McCain campaign used this to credit her with foreign policy experience, but the truth is, Sarah Palin's jet stopped in Ireland to refuel. She never left the airport.

LIE: Earmarks--Sarah Palin says as governor of Alaska she never asked for earmarks or extra money for her state, but in fact she asked for $197,000,000 (197 million dollars).

LIE: Energy--Sarah Palin said in a recent speech that 20% of energy produced in the US comes from Alaska. Not true. The government confirmed that only 3.5% of energy produced in the US comes from Alaska.

LIE: Teleprompter--Sarah Palin claimed that her teleprompter at the RNC malfunctioned and that she delivered the majority of her speech without using it, but several reporters who could see the teleprompter have said that it was, indeed, working and that Sarah Palin was reading from it the entire time.

LIE: Cut in Salary--Sarah Palin said she took a pay cut as mayor of Wasilla, but in actuality her pay went up according to records obtained by Talking Points Memo.

LIE: Troopergate--Sarah Palin claims that she did nothing wrong after the court determined that as Governor of Alaska, she abused her power in the firing of Monegan.

16. I would say,
to me, Palin represents the pretty woman who just joined the company, who charms the gullible men around the office into doing her work for her, who has never had to pay her dues; who flirts with all the guys around the water cooler while other women put in their time, do the hard work, stay late, show up early, understand how the company works inside and out... and then watch the "cute new girl" get the promotion. (Hillary Clinton, Kay Bailey Hutchinson, Bayh Buchanan, Elizabeth Dole, anyone?)

And then when the newly promoted charmer shows up at the first team meeting with the bigwigs, (the national level media) fumbles and stumbles and shows her ignorance of what she SHOULD know for the job (Couric, Gibson interviews) and the CEO and CFO good ol' boys sneer about how they just knew a woman wouldn't be suited for the job. And it hurts serious women.

That is why I cannot stand Sarah Palin.

17. Hit 'em where they live, by saying: "She's unAmerican."
Point out her ties to a secetionist party, her attempt to ban books, her siding with rapists over their victims.
