Question: Does ROBO-CALLS = TERRORIZING/Terror Tactics?!
I'd like to know if one can equate the hate and fear mongering from Robo-calls as terrorist or terrorizing tactics?!

People are subjected to a state of fear, especially in possibly our natinal leader and representative. These added to the comments of Congresswoman Bachmann and Palin in the past, would all of these things be considered terrorizing and how far can we take it legally? I know Harry Reid has called this "scummy" but can we go as far as naming it, what I feel when I hear these calls..as though they are putting our nation in a State of Terror? Or is my feeling illegitimate or incorrectly labeled?

1. I think they are harrassing
I posted earlier that if the person on the tape had been standing in my home talking to me that way, I'd consider it abusive.

4. By legal definition, yes.
Threats used to effect change, especially political.

7. Um, no...not a 'threat'
Saying 'zOMG Obama will turn the nation socialist!!!' is an opinion protected under the first amendment.

A threat is 'vote for McCain or I'll burn your house down.'
