12. Yep, if Georgia can tighten up the way it has...
...anything's possible. Who would've thought Jim Martin could pull dead even with Saxby Shameless? Until a month ago, Jim wasn't even remotely close, and the same was true for Barack in Georgia.

I probably won't sleep at all on Election Night.

I just donated $25.00 to him. Hope Durston wins. I'm happy to donate to worthy races like this one.

And if you like animals, Durston is really your guy. The Humane Society president has endorsed Durston in Ca.

I am an animal lover, but I give to all kinds of causes. I hope your candidate gets more publicity and more money as it seems like he has a good chance of winning. Can you get someone to blog about him over at KOS? Or email the liberal talk radio show hosts about him? Two weeks ago or so when I first gave to Tinklenberg I had a hard time finding him because in ActBlue it didn't show him in MN-06 so it looked like Bachmann was running unopposed. I emailed their campaign re same so they could correct it and suggested they blog on KOS as well. Anyway, keep us posted on your candidate.

Also, Thom Hartmann was talking about Michele Bachmann last week but didn't know who her opponent was but did mention the dump Bachmann website. I quickly went to Thom's website and posted El's website for everyone but didn't hear him correct the info later, but maybe he did. Anyway, I'm sure Thom will be talking about El on Monday along with everyone else in the MSM!

8. I gave money to him too!
I given so much to candidates in different states who seemed like good people or their opponents were such creeps. Anything to help Barack get a good majority in both houses too.

16. Good idea.
He was on Hardball a couple of weeks ago and didn't say anything thing stupid enough to garnish the kind of publicity Michelle Bauchman did, but who knows, maybe the second time will be a charm.

14. Sorry,
I should have done that. His name is Dan Lungren, his father was Nixon's personal physician and worked hard to keep Danny boy out of Viet Nam. He's in the pocket of big oil, and has voted with Bush more than 93% of the time.

All Dan's life he's been pampered and promoted by the GOP. You can take a look at Durston for Congress,

http://www.durstonforcongress.org/

and they've got a great spread sheet for comparison. Thanks for asking!

I grew up in the Bay Area, and that name was a dirty name in my house. What an evil prick that a-hole is. :grr:

this thread should come with a "Graphic" warning!!

Dan Lundgren is completely nauseating. You're right - we definitely need to support more progressive and/or Democratic candidates across the nation.
