1. Obama's stats are up in Arkanas

The last time I looked, he was at 33%--now it looks like 41%. There's something strange about Arkansas--3 of the 4 congressional districts are usually Dem, and both Senators are Dem (with Pryor running unopposed this year), and yet when it comes to Presidents, the state goes red. Doesn't make sense to me.

2. It's like that in Maine with the people we send to D.C. The reps are Dems and the

Sens are Repub. I think maybe it's a natural inclination of many Mainers to balance he two.
