*** Obama must demand EACH AND EVERY Provisional Ballot be counted ***
Edited on Sat Oct-18-08 07:26 PM by FlyingSquirrel
If Election Night shows any doubt at all as to the victor, Obama must fight in EVERY state in the country. Not just one or two cases that the Supreme Court can decide in favor of McCain. He must fight EVERYWHERE and NEVER concede the election. Each and every provisional ballot must be fought for. The source code from Diebold Machines must be given up. And if the Supreme Court declares the election over and McCain the winner, there must be objections from U.S. Senators (which they were too cowardly to do in 2000).

NO FUCKING SURRENDER.

1. Excellent suggestion!
"And if the Supreme Court declares the election over and McCain the winner, there must be objections from U.S. Senators (which they were too cowardly to do in 2000)." --and in 2004, re Diebold & brethren, voter purges, and vote suppression and outright election fraud in Ohio and other places, by many means including provisional ballots!

5. Sorry I will have to disagree on that requirement.
But I will support the requirement of each provisional being counted if the voter is registered to vote and attempted to vote normally at the correct voting site.

And that if a voter was illegally taken off the voter roll their vote is counted provided they voted at the voting site they were required to vote.

Saying that:

It is important that every voter verify their voting site and their registration matches their current address. If the address doesn't match then follow the requirements that allows them to vote whether voting at their old voting site and then changing their address.

PROVISIONAL BALLOTS here in Indiana will not be counted if a voter votes at the wrong location.
